1. All guests must have a current signed waiver. Waivers are required to be renewed annually.
2. Remove shoes, loose articles of clothing, jewelry, or sharp objects.
3. This is a sock-only facility, grip socks must be worn at all times by all guests.
4. No outside food or beverages allowed, including cake unless a party room is reserved.
5. All food, gum, and drinks are only allowed in designated areas,
6. Parents/guardians are responsible for their children and must be present at all times. No exceptions and even though Dreamland Indoor Playground has staff monitoring the facility. Parents & children are given stickers that identify a timestamp only, this is for monitoring staff to observe only.
7. Please abide by all age limits of designated areas
8. Slide one person at a time in a forward seated position with feet first,
9. No climbing or standing on the outside of the play equipment and No climbing up slides.
10. No running.
11. Do not bring toys or other items into the play equipment.
12. Be respectful of other guests.
13. Do not push, hit, or injure other children. Any rude, rough play or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated by any child or adult. In the event a child or adult violates this policy, they will be asked to leave with NO refund. Using inappropriate language will also result in your removal. Patrons are required to follow the requests of Dreamland indoor Playground staff members immediately and at all times.
14. Please understand, that Dreamland Indoor Playground is NOT responsible for any lost, damaged, or forgotten items.
15. We have the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason
16. Upon entering our indoor playground facility, please be aware that you are
automatically accepting and agreeing to all waivers, rules, and risks, and that Dreamland is free from all liability.
Adults without children are not permitted to enter the facility unless they are directly supervised by a Dreamland indoor playground staff member. Adults without children are prohibited from photographing our facility. If you are taking pictures inside our facility with your child, ensure no other child is in your picture frame, unless the parent of the child has approved.
